- Student Data: Name, email address, current abacus level, batch, and practice session results (correct answers, accuracy, streaks) when using the Student App.
- Usage Data: Pages visited, time spent, browser type, and device type collected automatically via standard web logs.
- Communications: Messages sent to us via WhatsApp or the enquiry form.
We do not collect payment card details, Aadhaar numbers, or government IDs.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to enquiries and schedule demo classes.
- To enroll students and manage batch schedules.
- To allow students to log in and track their practice progress.
- To send important class updates, exam schedules, or fee reminders.
- To improve our website and teaching methods.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third-party advertisers.
3. Data Storage
Student and enquiry data is stored securely in Google Sheets via Google Apps Script, hosted on Google's servers. Google's privacy policy applies to this storage. We retain data for as long as the student is enrolled, plus 1 year thereafter.
4. Cookies
Our website uses session storage (not persistent cookies) to remember your login state during a browser session. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. Google Fonts may load from Google's CDN, which may set cookies as per Google's policy.
5. Children's Privacy
Our classes are designed for children aged 5 and above. All accounts and data for minors are managed by their parents or guardians. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children under 13 without explicit parental consent.

We use OTP-based (One Time Password) email authentication for student logins. Admin access is password-protected. We take reasonable steps to protect your data, but no internet transmission is 100% secure.
