Refund Policy

At Kaivalya Academy, we want every family to feel confident when enrolling. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a payment.
1. Free Demo Class
✅ No Payment Required
The demo class is completely free. There is no charge and no refund needed. You can attend and decide without any obligation.
2. Trial Period — 7 Days
✅ Full Refund Available
If you are not satisfied after attending your first paid class, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your first class date. No questions asked.
3. After the Trial Period
❌ Non-Refundable
Fees paid after the 7-day trial period are non-refundable, as resources (teacher time, batch slot, materials) have been allocated.
4. Exceptions — Eligible for Refund
- Medical Emergency: If a student is unable to continue due to a serious medical condition, a prorated refund of unused months may be considered with valid medical documentation.
- Batch Cancellation by Academy: If Kaivalya Academy cancels a batch and cannot provide a suitable alternative, a full refund of the remaining fee will be issued.
- Relocation: If a family relocates outside Pune and online classes are not suitable, a prorated refund may be considered.
5. Annual / Package Fees
⚠️ Partial Refund Applicable
For annual or multi-level package payments, if you withdraw after the 7-day period, a refund of unused full months only will be calculated and returned, minus a 10% administrative fee.
6. How to Request a Refund
- Call us at 7387040755 or WhatsApp with your name and reason.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method or bank transfer.
- Cash payments will be refunded in cash at our centre.
7. Non-Refundable Items
- Registration or one-time enrollment fees
- Study materials, workbooks, or abacus kits purchased
- Examination or competition fees
- Fees for classes already attended
